AccuVis is a clinical decision-support tool intended to assist qualified healthcare professionals. It is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, examination, or treatment. All outputs must be reviewed by a qualified clinician before any clinical action is taken.

Decision support, not diagnosis

AccuVis produces probabilistic outputs—risk scores, pathology likelihoods, and visual attention maps—designed to act as a "second reader" that supports clinical workflows. These outputs do not constitute a diagnosis and must always be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional in the context of the full clinical picture.

Regulatory status

The availability of AccuVis as a regulated medical device depends on the clearances or approvals held in your jurisdiction. Unless AccuVis holds applicable regulatory clearance where you operate, it must not be used as a primary diagnostic device. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws and regulations.

Accuracy and limitations

AI models can produce false positives and false negatives. Performance varies with patient population, imaging equipment, acquisition protocol, image quality, and other factors. Outputs may not generalize to populations or conditions not represented in development data. Do not rely solely on AccuVis outputs for any patient-care decision.

Clinician responsibility

The treating clinician and the operating healthcare organization retain full responsibility for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment. AccuVis does not practice medicine and does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Not for emergencies

AccuVis is not designed for emergency or time-critical triage and must not be relied upon in life-threatening situations. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Information for patients

If you have received a shared AccuVis report, it is intended to be discussed with your physician. It is not a diagnosis and should not be used to start, stop, or change any treatment on your own.

No warranty

AccuVis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccuVis AI and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or its outputs. This disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
